It's crazy to think that the ECF will be the Pacers vs. Knicks with the Knicks having home court & the clear edge to make the Finals. Just bonkers; but hey, that's where we're now at.
CLE/IND: Donovan Mitchell (fake ankle injury) & Evan Mobley will combine for 55+ points & the Cavs will WIN this game. In their only win this series, the two combined for 61 points & it's going to take near that again if they want to keep their chances alive.
DEN/OKC: Jokic will rock a triple double and the Nuggets will still LOSE. This series is likely going 7, but that will be after both teams win another on their home courts. The Joker is a machine and is due for a huge night, but SGA is also due for a complete takeover type game. This one should be a blast.
*Stay Tuned for the RESULTS posted after the games.

RESULTS:
CLE/IND: Wow, Mitchell & Mobley combined for 59, but they still lost. Simply unbelievable. (WRONG)
DEN/OKC: Joker had 44/15/5 so no triple double. Nuggets did lose though. (WRONG)
Current Bold Predictions Record (0-6)
Wow I never got to pick Curry, Tatum or Mitchell. Go me. These playoffs have been a picking disaster for me. Everything I think will happen does not. How the Cavs won so much this year only to lose 4 times to the Pacers is unfathomable.
ReplyDeleteWell, you are not alone about Curry or Tatum. Unless the Warriors someway survive, which I don't think so. But stranger things have happened during this Playoffs. I did pick Mitchell yesterday, Cavs just weren't healthy enough. Plus I think most people underestimate this Pacers team. Not only Haliburton, but how they play as a team. Maybe they were lucky last year with the Knicks injuries, and this year with the Cavs. But two straight Conference Finals don't happen by chance
Deleteplayoffs are a different game Every team coasts once they made playoffs,That said Ken Atkenson should give back coach of the year award That was pathetic
DeleteBrown in G5. Sad for Tatum's injury, hope he bounces back from this soon.
ReplyDeleteAaron Gordon in G6. Nuggets can still win, but putting forward my best available player.
Ditto. Both are pretty obvious picks for me as they are the best available players for their teams.
DeleteBefore last night I simply had horrible luck with my picks putting me 100+ behind but last night proves I must relish being miserable! Picking Garland on both games when Mobley was open is why I deserve to be low in the standings. I thought I had split my picks only to realize I took Garland on both. The only thing keeping me from looking like a total idiot was Allen doing slightly worse!
ReplyDeleteChanged my pick from Aaron Gordon to Porter after googling "denver nuggets game log without murray"
ReplyDeleteKnicks didnt win yet its 3 to 2..White tonight..SGA sunday like everyone else
ReplyDeleteG6 pick: White.
ReplyDeleteHope Stephen A is right about his Knicks!
G7 pick: Shai
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling the NBA will award him now the MVP before G7.
"Aaron Gordon Could Miss Game 7 With Left Hamstring Strain"
DeleteWithout ultra-factor Gordon, Nuggets to me has no chance. Changed pick to Russell Westbrook (instead of Braun) for hopefully at least a double-double.
I know it's risky, but even before knowing about Gordon's injury, I had Murray picked. I am trusting the Thunder at home
Deletewhoever wins joker or sga should get mvp..sga today
