It's safe to assume that many of us have picked our top 3 Pacers by this point (Siakam, Turner, Haliburton). If not, one of them is likely your best choice, but before looking toward the remaining two starters in Nesmith & Nembhard, I'd suggest T.J. McConnell coming off the bench as an Against The Grain pick in this game. He had a double double in their last game in Indiana (15/10) & is simply more statistically prone compared to those others if he's provided similar minutes.
However, if you happen to be confident that the Pacers will win 2 straight (which makes you certified crazy because these Knicks are magical), but don't want to use your best Knicks player just in case you're wrong, then I'd suggest someone like Isaiah Hartenstein who should perform well statistically regardless of whether the Knicks play well in Indiana.
Got Jalen Williams picked for G6.
ReplyDeleteG7 West I am selling out and picking my best remaining player in Murray.
G7 East I am selling out as well and picking m'boy Jalen Brunson.
Murray and Brunson are playing on the same day so you'll have to pick only one of them. Who do you want more I guess.
ReplyDeleteWho to pick between Jokic and Brunson on Sunday?
DeleteSo there will be one more TWO game day afterall as both the Timberwolves and Pacers rose to the challenge! While the Pacers wasn't surprising the DEN/MIN series has been anything but predictable! As soon as I knew Game 6 was a done deal for Indiana I wondered whomever still has Brunson and Jokic is faced with a HUGE dilemma! Which team is more likely to lose Game 7?! They could both lose meaning those will lose one either way but if one advances and one is eliminated don't pick the WRONG ONE (who advances)!
DeleteAh, right! Brunson then. Higher PRA. And injury-riddled Knicks more likely to get elim'ed than Nuggets.
