OVER OR UNDER has now entered it's third installment of the playoffs & I'm currently 5-2. Now let's look at these upcoming games!
BOS/MIA: Kyle Lowry for 15 pts / 10 assists - I'm taking the OVER. He has been far from himself in these playoffs as he's been nursing a hamstring injury and those are tough. The Heat will be without Herro tonight & Lowry did decent last game with 11 / 6, but I bet he steps up tonight with a big double-double for his team.
GS/DAL: Golden State Wins By 9 - I'm taking the OVER. Anybody who speaks with me regularly knows I had GS dominating this series (as well as MIA advancing to the Finals in the East) & it just makes me even sicker over that Suns series as they would have likely beaten the Warriors IMO. Oh well, GS has won each of the last 2 games by 9 points & I say this one isn't even that close & GS sweeps. Talk about an easy ride to the Finals. I highly dislike the Warriors.
so u think Lowry over Strus tonight ?Guess it s a flip of the coin.I have Strus as of now.
ReplyDeleteI already picked Strus. I believe Lowry is the safer choice if you don’t need to save him for the Finals or feel the Heat may get eliminated this round. Strus is a decent choice if you’re undecided.
Deleteill stick with strus and hope Lowry improve but hope i dont jinx it
DeleteI don't know if it's too bold, but I am picking Pritchard tonight. He has been good enough when given minutes, and without Smart he should play enough to make an impact. I still trust the Heat, but I think this series will go at least 6 games, and probably 7. So I will wait to pick Brown and Tatum. And Derrick White hasn't really played very well to trust him
ReplyDeleteIs tonight the night to zig when others zag? Can Boston afford to lose tonight? Studs need to step up at home tonight!!
ReplyDeleteChecking in at half time. Big time 35 fan points for JT! Zig baby! GA had 30 at halftime for the bucks and he ended up with 75 PRA. Lightning strike twice for me perhaps? :)
DeleteNot sure about weep, as a Mavs fan I’m actually all smiles getting deeper in the playoffs than expected.
ReplyDeleteDubs will sweep though as they need all the rest they need for the Finals.
Time to rest Luka too and look forward to next season.
Lesgo Celtics!
dang Im done
ReplyDeleteI will pick Wiggins tonight. As expected, the rest of the Mavs are useless in this game. Not even Bullock was worth the pick last time
ReplyDeleteWow, NEVER have I been so wrong. My mojo is completely gone after that Suns loss. I can't even predict what I'm eating for dinner tonight.
ReplyDeleteGSW still dominates this series, and will win it Just an anomaly this game.
DeleteThree Luka injury scares this game. I don’t like it. Hoped none of that happens. I still remember the last game of the regular season when Luka got injured.
ONE PAR! This is my most humiliating pick ever and there have been many. I once got a zero (from Tim Mozgov) but when it came to Lowry I did not think it could get any worse than the 10 he got on FP! It turned out P.J. Tucker, Gabe Vincent, Caleb Martin are all great compared to the Lowry DISASTER!

DeleteWhile zero is the worst score possible on GD he managed to give some people -2 on FP thanks to his O points, O assists, 1 rebound, O blocks, O steals and 3 turnovers!
DeleteTo think some people did WORSE than those who didn't make a pick today. DO NOT EVER pick Kyle Lowry again!
So much for another Dallas vs Miami finals. Looks like we will get what we should have gotten in 2018 Celtics vs Warriors! If the Celtics had remembered how to score in the 2nd half of G7 I might have won that game. Unfortunately I'm 200 out which will get even worse thanks to tonight's DISGRACE!
ReplyDeleteOoooo I haven’t thought of that scenario. Would have been an interesting re-rematch.
DeleteCeltics-Warriors will be fresh. Lesgo Celtics!
This Heat-Celtics series has been almost painful to watch. Best players as Tatum and Butler are clearly not healthy enough to give their best (those Butler airballs made it clear that his knee is bothering him, even if he will not use it as an excuse). Not to mention Lowry, I think he is hurting more than helping his team by playing at this condition. I thought Butler would make the difference in this series, but obviously not this version of him.
ReplyDeleteI will pick Curry tonight, as I think he will do better against the Mavs than against the Celtics (or Heat) defense. And Adebayo tomorrow. Miami needs him to be more aggresive on the offensive end if they want to have a chance
Awful pick, it was Klay's day
DeleteWow. After having picked Bullock for 0 for 10 from the field, I managed to pick Strus for 0 for 9. Not too shabby, as far as bad picks go.
ReplyDeleteI read that 14 of the last 19 games in these playoffs were not even close, that makes picking in this game more of a coin flip. You can still pick the wrong guy from the winning team. OR you could gamble, pick a bench guy and hope for a blowout loss with lots of playing time for your guy. Tried both, failed miserably.
I am now all in with the Easten conference. If the Heat force a g7 then I am totally screwed. Not that it would be much better if the Celtics finish of the series. Ah, wait and see. Meanwhile, go Bam. And Butler in the other game.
Im in a 17 man league 50 to enter winner takes all//I won it 2 years ago But this year 2nd is best I can do.Had Strus for 0 Butler 26 Loomey 12 i think...Ill play the year out but i cant win this year
DeleteHow did Lowry only get one point? I missed the game. One point..never had that in all these years.
ReplyDeleteTonight is mixed and let's get the ugly news out of the way first. On FP I decided between Max Strus and Duncan Robinson and picked the one who played for 5 minutes (zero in the 2nd half) and got a BIG OLE ZERO bottoming a handful of awful scores for me in that game this year. Now the great news is I can actually pick somebody correctly this year with Jimmy Butler on GD!
