Ah This Is Easy!

Losing Team: Grizzlies

Drive To The Finals...
Highest PRA available: Tony Allen

1-N-Done...
Two losses away from elimination.
Second highest PRA available: Tony Allen

Guess why they are the same. And nope, you're not suppposed to pick him if you have a different set of available Grizzlies :)

UPDATE: I seldom change my picks at the last minute, but I changed my 1-N-Done pick to Zach Randolph.

  1. Whst about Bayless? Would you use him? I have Allen as well...

  2. Sorry meant What** lol

  3. Anonymous, Bayless averages just 13 PRA. If he is your best available Grizzly, then go ahead. If not, pick the better one.

How many good Spurs and Heat you have left for Finals? If there are more than enough, you may pick a Spur.

    1. I still have Randolph and Conley to use, just not sure when to go for them. I still have parker, duncan and green. I've already used Leonard. Still have all heat left.

    2. Sorry I actually dont have Randolph, forgot I used him two days ago lol. Just Conley and Allen as my best two, will save Conley for an elim game.

    3. Ok Allen then as Luminosity suggested below. And for Game 3, you may pick Green. And as you said, Conley in an elim game.

Save Parker, Duncan and Heat's Big Three for Finals.

  4. Tomorrow you have Tony Allen. I have Zach Randolph. Down 0-2. Going home. He's been a disappointment so far. Time for him to turn it around. He also does really well at home. Lowest is 20 and then the second lowest is 32. Even if somehow Memphis were to win I would still have all of the Heat. Enough for the Finals.

And for anonymous, depends on who you have left. If you have two out of the big three (Zach, Gasol, Conley.) use one. Because if Grizzles go down 0-3. You risk the possibility of losing one. If you have one left out of them use them. And for Bayless he generally does bad at home and down 0-2 I would think he wouldn't get as much playing time because Hollins will be desperate to get this win or this series is over so he may play his starters a lot more. I would actually go with Allen over Bayless.

    1. In DTTF, a big yes.
In 1-N-Done, only if you are certain the Spurs got this.

  6. Taong, I'm assuming you used Gasol, Z-Bo and Conley...?

I still have Z-Bo and Conley, so I'm going Conley for tomorrow's game.

And I think a lot of people are in for a surprise who are banking on the Heat. I said it before the ECF series started, and now there's hard evidence...the Pacers are the better team and Miami is ripe for an upset. They aren't as good defensively as they were last year. Their shortcomings in rebounding are really sticking out, especially with LeBron forced to play further from the rim this series. And they have absolutely NO way to stop Hibbert and West (who shot poorly but got great looks tonight). Hibbert nearly fouled out the entire front line and their backups and George is wearing LeBron out by making him work so hard on the defensive end...

And how about that blow-by posterizing dunk by George. For the first time in a series (including against Durant) LeBron has met his match on both ends of the floor.

If Indy kept Hibbert on the floor and George doesn't overplay the Heat are likely down 0-2. Everybody says they are a deep team, but the truth is LeBron and Wade are the only ones who can get their own shots against Indy and they are both being forced to expend a ton of energy to keep up with the younger and faster Pacer team.

LeBron is going to have to carry this team to win the series and two straight 30+ games has been barely enough, even on their home floor and with a TON of favorable whistles (yup I said it - Barkley called the refs/league on it tonight too).

So just my opinion but I wouldn't stick to the 3 best Heat players plus 2 top Spurs for the short series of Heat/SA so many people are banking on. LeBron is going to keep it a tight series, but even after blowing game 1...I don't see the Pacers losing 3 more times.

Pacers win the next game and I think you have to start using Bosh or Wade.

    1. Yes, I already used all 3 in DTTF.
      In 1-N-Done, still have Z-Bo

  7. I still have Bayless Allen and Gasol. Need some points. Who would you use. Thanks!

  8. Randolph or Gasol? I can't decide!!!! Have used Conley, I need to make up ground in 1-&-Done Challenge & I know I can! Randolph has struggled offensively in last two games, but down 0-2 could change that? Gasol on the other hand has been pretty consistent throughout series? Should I roll dice with Randolph or take Gasol? I'm wanting Spurs to win, have used Ginobili & Leonard.

  9. Now that Duncan's divorce has leaked out, there "may" be a little effect on his will.
If you want to gamble on Z-Bo, this may be the time to do so.

    2. But don't take my word for it. Follow your guts.
For all I know, Duncan may channel all his anger towards Z-Bo.

    1. With how the Spurs keep on trapping and boxing him out, I'd say I was even surprised he can still get 15 reba

  11. No mistake, I'll take it!! They got beat, I moved up some, picking up 5% towards leaderboard. Obviously, Gasol played better, but will use him in their next game & hopefully their final game of season. No regrets!!!!
