Who would have thought that after losing Game 1 and losing David Lee to injury, that the Warriors will bounce back and win three (3!) games in a row? Well, just the Warriors and the whole Golden State, Mr. Blogger!
I admit, my Curry pick in Game 2 was wasted and that mistake will haunt my 1-N-Done game later when the Warriors enter the 2nd round. And here I am now, ready to pick a Nuggets player of course. It is crystal clear that only Ty Lawson gives the best PRA there, and nobody comes a close second (52% of us are picking him!). They may still win in Denver, but I don't think they can duplicate the Warriors and win three straight. Nope.
As for the Clippers and Grizzlies (2-2, all home wins). Since I already picked Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol, I will wish that the Clippers win. If not, I will really need to be a little extra lucky in the next round.

That about sums it up. At least you have a good Curry game. I had his game 1, after that he went Dirk 2011 on us. I was hoping the Nuggets would come back to Denver with a 2-2 but they didn´t so I have to start picking them. At long last I learned to start from the top so it´s Lawson. Hoping for a Denver win with a huge game by Ty so I can pick... who should I pick after Lawson? Well, I will worry about that if the problem arises.
ReplyDeleteLet´s go Clippers, let´s go.
Maybe Iguodala can find his old identity in the next game.
DeleteMay be you should post how you are doing in overall standings with your picks, so the people can see where you stand. Like update your points every day or every other day. Good job with analysis and picks.

DeleteI'll have a boxscore of league pts at the right panel, as soon as I get to that.
For now, standings can be found at the league links found at the top of this page.
As of this writing,
DTTF: 95 percentile
1-N-Done: 92.5 "
I had two names for this game: Iguodala (DEN, 44) and CP3 (LAC, 45). I didn't want to miss a pick on Clipps, so I betted on Chris Paul. I don't think Iguodala will have another game like that one... but everything is possible...
ReplyDeleteGratz on the gamble! Clips will face elims next game
