Monday Strategy: Sweep + Weep :'(

We have two games on Monday, and both the Raptors and 76ers are down 0-3. Sigh. I don't think anybody out there has had enough time to pick all the best options from those two teams. That means a lot of us are losing some very good players. If anybody went all in on a Boston vs. Cleveland prediction and got it right, kudos to you. Even with that, chances are good that you weren't able to pick everyone you wanted to because these series are looking to be over way sooner than expected.

Tonight, I'm picking Joel Embiid, and you are likely doing the same thing too! Can't risk losing that massive PRA.

If you've already picked Embiid or want to go in a different direction, there's always Ben Simmons, DeMar DeRozan, Kyle Lowry, and Jonas Valunciunas, amongst other solid options. That is, unless you want to double down and pick another Boston or Cleveland player and bank on two 0-3 comebacks. That can happen, right? RIGHT?

  1. I’m with you. Embiid picked.

Don’t pick DeRozan folks! Game 3’s was awful.

    1. Bounce back game is always possible. Don't get tricked by a poor performance. DeRozan has the talent to light it up tonight and get back to playing well.

    2. But if you have Embiid, Kyle or V, those are better (albeit safer) picks. Looked at DeRozan, do-or-die stats, not pleasing. Actually his behind-in-the-series stats suck.

  2. Embiid it is with hope for a win & Simmons next game! Philly can’t lose 2 in a row and 4 in a row to Boston!? Right!?!?

    1. I don't know what to believe anymore...Maybe if Brad Stevens was the Sixers coach. But yes, Embiid is too strong option to risk losing his PRA

  3. Okay, that worked out as good as possible. The 76ers won, I picked Simmons (here, Embiid over in FP), and he was better than Embiid (among others). I hope the process goes wild in g5 in Boston. But I won´t hold my breath.

    Tonight, the best remaining... hmm...
Gobert in google and Mirotic in FP. Let´s see what happens. Well, I guess, the conference semifinals in the West will be over by game´s end.
